Burnout is a real issue that can result from many factors, such as overworking, neglecting ourselves, or experiencing multiple life stressors over time. It can happen to anyone, sometimes without us even realizing it. This workshop will teach you how to recognize burnout, recover from it, and prioritize your overall well-being to reduce burrrnout in the future.
Objectives
After the workshop, participants will:
- Recognize burnout symptoms presently or later with high accuracy.
- Develop a well-being plan to recover from burnout.
- Identify 1-3 practices to reduce burnout in the future.
- Define their commitment to their well-being plan by applying the science of habits and energetic commitments.
- Assess how to adjust their commitments when facing obstacles to remain consistent and committed.
