Ohio Resident Matt Hamill is Deaf & an American mixed martial artist and wrestler who has completed in the Light Heavyweight division of the UFC. He is a three-time NCAA Division III National Champion in wrestling while attending the Rochestor Institute of Technology in Rochestor, New York.
There may be time for Q&A after the presentation for a few minutes. Please limit questions to MMA/wrestling, ASL, and/or Deaf-related topics.
Also, Russell Harvard, the actor who portrays Matt Hamill in "The Hammer" will be joining the Zoom and introducing Matt Hamill as well as discussing what it was like becoming him for the film.
